At Art on Words, we want you to be completely inspired by your new home decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly capture your vision, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all typographic art and frames are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
